I have been stressed lately with healtg problems within my family so my husband decided to treat me to a mani pedi. I was so excited to just be aboe to relax and enjoy the experience. However, I was met with the feeling that I was bothering everyone in there by just being there. I wasnt much into conversation because I was pretty tired but none the less cordial and kind. I spent the next hour and a half recieving constant looks of contempt, nasty side eye looks, and just feeling like I should not have made my appointment. I was also made to put on my shoes while my toenails were not completely dry. All other clients recieved the foam shoes and assistance with getting them so as not to mar their freshly paibted toenails. So, needless to say, I wont be making that mistake again because there are other nail salons in the area where the staff are much more welcoming and thankful for business. I would rather have to drive into hampton or N.News than to feel the way I felt at this salon, which can only be described as extremely uncomfortable and uneasy.

I got my lashes done. first of all the lady who did my lashes rushed, second of all she ripped out my eye lashes. this is a picture of my lashes before they got done by this place and how much they got ripped out. After the first hour of getting them done I had to take out the first ones because she put them so close to my eye, to where it was touching my eye. please do not come here to get lashes. SAVE YOUR LASHES.

I am visiting from Ohio and needed some services. PN Nails was close by and I scheduled on a whim as they had an opening. Excellent customer service and beauty care services were phenomenal! Hannah and Lisa did a great job with my facial and wax and my mani/pedi. They went the extra mile with great care and attention to their craft! I will 100% be back every-time I'm in the area.

I got my nails done for my wedding and they turned out gorgeous! I did eventually start clipping them now that my nail is long but they shorten easily and still look marvelous.

My first, but not my last, visit. I completed a pedicure and she did an awesome job! She didn't charge extra for removing the gel polish, which I expected. It was very reasonably priced!

I drive from Virginia Beach to get my nails done. Last month they clipped my toe. Made me bleed. Continued and I was very disappointed with the $100 it cost me. When the prices say $35. Decided today to give them another chance. Once HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Asked for 2 colors got one.I even handed her the bottles of polish. I will find somewhere closer to home from now on. For that kind of money they need to listen.
