“Very nice, clean, well stocked store. Very polite staff and all shelving is low and labeled with decorative hanging signs to make finding products easy. Only have it four stars because prices seemed a bit higher than I was used to; however, since all of the liquor stores in the area are "state-pwned" there's probably not much "price comparing" that can be dine. Overall very nice experience.”

They were busy and seemed like she was the only one working. Being a woman that doesn’t seem safe. They need to hire more people!!”
“On a recent visit to your store, I noticed a great deal of construction work. When I asked one of the employees what happened I was told that someone drove a vehicle through the front door. “I shop at this Harris Teeter at least once a week, and it's overall fine. Store is clean and well stocked, safe for the area, and the fuel points are an excellent bonus.My biggest complaint is that this store relies way too much on self-checkout. It's a 50-50 chance whether or not they'll have a cashier manning a register no matter what time of the day it is. You're "more likely" to see them in the evening but that's not even a safe bet. You'd think that with the $600-800 alone that I spend a month in the store that they'd be able to staff at least one full time cashier, but it is what it is. Self-checkout is super helpful when you're buying milk, but when you see 5 customers buying full carts of groceries while several employees stand around then that's bad for optics.Ultimately, I prefer this store heavily over others in Hampton, but they need to get it together and quick before I explore other options.”

“Nice and very organized. Prices are high for certain bottles. Compared to ATL the smaller bottles were way too high. They had different specials. It was close to our hotels so very convenient. They don't sell any chasers so we went next door to get them. Would definitely go back.”
“First time doing pick up at this location I usually go inside. I called like it says to when you pull up in front of the store. The young lady I spoke to just hangs up on me. I had to call back which is when someone else answers They were able to help and brung me my order and apologized. I usually get great customer service there.”

“Just realized I forgot to do review from when I first went in. Great selection of beers, especially collaborations. The guys there were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m enjoying all the beers I bought there so far. Will definitely be back soon, maybe to pick up a Marzen or Pumpkin beer.”
