Booked an appointment got there it was not on the books. Not only that the stylist I was booked with was not working! Would have to wait for over an hour for one of the two stylists that were there. Again they said it was computer issue same excuse been using for months.

Worst haircut I've ever had. I honestly don't even think she knew what she was doing. I've been going to Wannee at Salon de Joi for years but needed a haircut immediately and she closes after 5:30, I should have just waited. Save yourself the embarrassment and go somewhere you know does a good job.

I came in from out of town and needed a haircut and style. I was absolutely shocked as to the perfect haircut that I received! Absolutely wish I could take the stylist back with me to California! (Grace was more than expected!) Don’t be turned off by the type of salon this is. They have well trained professionals!

My boyfriend and I are from out of town and he needs a haircut. We went to this location and Rachel did his haircut. It was an exceptional experience. Her attention to detail and skillful execution resulted in a haircut that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend a haircut from Rachel.

Sign says “walk ins welcome” but when I walked in without an appointment the 3 stylists, only one of whom was with a customer, looked at me as though I had 2 heads and said nothing more than “hi” before arguing amongst themselves as to who would have to take me, though the salon was otherwise empty. Walked out and will not be returning.

Wanda is the best! She always cuts my hair perfectly. She is always very friendly, professional and we have great conversations. I feel like family there. If Wanda isn't working then I see her daughter Susie who gives the same awesome treatment as her mom. This is my place for haircuts hands down.
