Guardian was awesome, not because I got a tow from them, but because when I called, they went the extra mile to connect me with their locksmith first, who was and to resolve the issue without actually needing a tow. Great service.

On Tuesday night 10/7 at 7:30 pm we were stopped at a red light right by their shop. Their tow truck comes FLYING up the road and blatantly runs the red light that two pedestrians had just crossed to turn into their shop. I wouldn’t trust my cars at this shop who clearly doesn’t care for safety laws and pedestrian life.

Car died at home, needed to get to dealership. Called and quickly dispatched truck. Driver excellent. Will use in future if needed.
