I was fortunate to have been referred to Stephanie about 1 year ago through a close friend. We met at her office in Poquoson and had a thorough conversation about my goals, investment experience and expectations. This was very important to me because my previous advisor was just selling me and not listening to me. Stephanie listened to my needs and created a personalized strategy. She made it very clear that the best way to be successful is to communicate with each other. We meet once a year for an annual review, but during the year she will contact me about potential opportunities that could enhance my portfolio. I am so grateful to have met her. I own small business and have finally got to the point that we could set up a retirement plan for our company.

When it comes to money I am a bit of a dumb-dumb. If you are like me then you can likely benefit from the considerable knowledge of Stephanie Bonniville. Our first meeting with Mrs. Bonniville was a bit of a come to Jesus moment. She set out an extremely organized and clear presentation on her philosophy for financial planning. We went through a detailed series of questions that assessed my financial goals and risk tolerance. We then assessed all of my incomes and debt. You need to have a budget to do any of this...and I didn't really have one. Mrs. Bonniville took me through the whole process and now only after a few months my grasp on my financial situation is so much stronger. "How much does this type of service cost?" All of the financial planning is free. Mrs. Bonniville was very upfront with me in telling me that she makes her money off investments that she manages at Edward Jones. That being said, I feel that she is working in my best interest and not looking to put money into her accounts if it doesn't make sense for my financial goals. The way I have it set up is that all of my money goes into their account and then they give me a paycheck based on the budget we have created together. Mrs. Bonniville then is able to use the remaining money to invest in a way that is in line with my financial goals. This is a huge load off my shoulders. I can focus on my work and know that the money I make is doing what it is supposed to. I highly recommend Stephanie Bonniville.

Very bad first impression. Made an appointment for 11. Showed up at 11 and the whole office is dark and locked. Google says they're open from 9-5. Yeah right! We drove out of our way because we were referred here and don't even get the common decency of a phone call to let us know that they won't be in the office for our APPOINTMENT. Spoke to Stephanie DIRECTLY YESTERDAY to set this up and STILL got the short end of the stick. Thanks for nothing!
