Worst customer service ever !!!Called before going to pick up my prescriptions to inquire about using a good RX coupon Something I have done before. With cvs to be told by the pharmacist as of Jan 1 /2024 CVS no longer accepts good RX coupons on C2 medication. I ask where can I find that in writing of course she could not tell me so I called five CVS stores three in the surrounding area. One in Northern Va and one in Michigan but none of them confirmed the new policy, but one of the pharmacist did state looking at my chart and the consistency of my meds there isn’t any thing that would alert or red flag . So I made a visit to the CVS. To speak. With the pharmacist The looks she gave me the. Unprofessional (eye rolling as if I was wasting her time )body language even the demand for me to go sit in wait was out of line . She even went so far to try to provoke me to become upset acting as if she didn’t know what I was talking about or couldn’t understand me, and was confused as I was giving the information that she requested from my RX app.I understand stand customer service can be draining but if you cannot provide customer service At all time then. Find another job setting .

Horrible pharmacy , gave me someone else’s medicine , never checked the address or birthday. Rude staff , refused to correct the mistake because after it was given to me at 1:29, the lunch break started . I was told to come back ….Horrible

Was in the drive through line at 5:30 with 4 cars in front of me. Got to the car in front of me and they shuttered the windows at 6pm on the dot. Lousy pharmacy.

They don't have medications available when they say they will and they changed their store hours 3 months ago and didn't update it.

They can't seem to keep everything working as it should. Always give excuses and say call corporate and complain to them. Calling ahead to remind them to order meds they didn't have in stock month prior makes no difference. When asked why they can't order ahead for rx's that are filled monthly they give any number of excuses: from passing the buck to co-workers, staffing issues, computer system, company policies, and so it goes. I have yet had one month where there was not a delay of 1-3 days for something. It's impossible to keep meds in sync using this pharmacy. Customer service is a thing of the past. One must wait for automated answering systems for repetitious menus and rarely get a human to answer their questions, ring up their own purchases, or wander all over the store to find competent employees. Social skills have deteriorated immensely due to lack of human interaction in virtually any environment. For the last 3 years the easy excuse was COVID. Come on, it's because companies don't want to staff their businesses adequately to save money. They will continue to find ways to cut costs at the expense of their customers as long as customers put up with it. This customer will go elsewhere...

They are a pharmacy and should be able to fill prescriptions but are very inept; the pharmacist was so overwhelmed she couldn't even handle a basic question. I will not be returning as the ineptitude makes me question the capabilities of the pharmacist being able to properly fulfill a prescription. Further, waiting 4 days for prescriptions to be filled and then having to come into the store and physically wait until they do it is ludicrous. Hard pass.

The CVS in Poquoson, VA is extremely customer service oriented and friendly. Staring from the pharmacy customer service, the pharmacist, and the team member who help me find what I was searching for and checked me out.

I've been in the store twice and have now been on hold 30 minutes just to update insurance with them for prescriptions. Answered by someone who told me to hold on after she took my name and birthdate. This is the worst customer service in the area. After I pick these prescriptions up I will be switching to Rite Aid across the street where you are in and out quickly. It's taken CVS over a week to get very much needed rx's filled and that's unacceptable. Get more help!!!

Well, I guess they are deleting reviews now also to not look bad. Worst service ever. Long hold times on the phone (20mins after not even being told they were putting me on hold after the phone rang for 8mins) and rude customer service. If you want to feel like no one cares about you and the fact you need medication, this is the place for you. They really act like you are an annoyance, and they dont have time to talk. Had a pharmacy tech hang up on me in my face after snickering about how I was misinformed about my medication and why they couldn't fill it. Rude. Rude. Rude. Also, I will keep posting my First Amendment rights until you stop deleting my personal opinion. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn't want them touching my medication now. I will never be returning to buy anything from even the store now. Such a shme Poquoson really needed another good pharmacy.

I used the drive thru to pick up 4 prescriptions. When I got home there were only 3. I tried calling but eventually just drove back. Then the woman running the drive thru says they are out of that. I have no idea why she didn’t tell me that when I picked up the other three but I just asked if I could order it. I had to go inside - no problem. Well it was a problem. She was just going to sell me Sudafed (I have a sinus infection). I don’t want Sudafed, I want the drug my Dr prescribed me. She kept insisting I could take the nighttime (causes drowsiness) just add Sudafed - ‘it’s the same drug’. I explained several times that I could not take a medicine that makes you sleepy during the day - I drive and teach. She told her coworker she couldn’t talk to me anymore (I guess it’s okay to her. It certainly is not with me). Her coworker suggested I try Rite Aide across the street. I’m here now - they do have it, but they - CVS - have yet to fax it across the street. I’ve been here over an hour. There was no one in CVS.If you don’t care about your health definitely go the CVS in Poquoson.

Six observable employees, including a pharmacist and two assistants - no one in the store except me - I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes to get a Covid booster - during that time, they all looked at me, and not a soul acknowledged me or said "Be with you in a minute" - Nothing. I said, "Can someone help me?"and the woman closest to me said (with sarcasm) "Is something wrong with you?" I will never again darken that door.

This store is terrible. They don’t answer the phone. Hardly fills prescriptions. Don’t accidentally drive up there during lunch. They’re closed.

The worse service ever ! Trying to get my meds - they have my Rx prescription on paper, my physician called to confirm.. 3 days later still nothing... Especially Mrs Whitney...grumpy, know it all and rude...telling me she works 14 hour days so she would know if any physician would have called !! Get a psychologist please - im your customer !! just need the services of a pharmacy and not your schedule and your working hours. I'm guessing she failed to become a Doctor and acts like one at CVS ! ... You are providing a service and not your Attitude. Took back my Prescription from CVS and went to Rite Aid across the street....what can I tell you guys - service like day and night.... no arrogant and know-it all pharmacist "Mrs. Whitney" there... just nice, friendly staff- knowing their job's and how to provide a service.... thank you Rite Aid and as far as CVS Poquoson goes please train Mrs. Whitney in customer service and her attitude...the rest of the staff is friendly and the store is clean and inviting.
