She proved to be very unhelpful and after I moved she wouldn't wait for me to fill out a change of address and immediately started sending my mail back to the people it came from. I missed a lot of mail. Then I sent a key to a friend there along with a pair of earrings and a corner of the envelope was torn out and low and behold there was nothing in the envelope but the paper I wrapped it in and no explanation of why the corner was torn and the contents missing. ?????
