“OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Had a 0515 appointment arrived around 0430 departed at 11:30 AM. I found the Guard lady, Receiving lady, all the Yard Hostlers very friendly to me. They will 1st text, and will call you if need be when completed. You drop your trailer at assigned dock issued by guard, slide tandems to rear at dock, and you must take a photo of wheel chalked to show Receiving dept which is at Door 137. Bobtail park near Receiving area, until you get the call from them. Driver lounge, bathroom, and vending machines upstairs at Receiving. No ovnp. Don't arrive more than an hour before your appointment. Leave one door open when departing for guard to check. Not the fastest unload, but not the worst either, of course them being so friendly to me was a plus.”

“I was very surprised with this Amazon. driver had an appt at 10am to deliver. he got there at 9am. Did the check in, very quick. he got a door right away and at 10:30am driver was out.”
