TerribleOrdered new titanium phone on Dec 14thIt never cameBut I’m being charged for the phone and they started asking me to return the phone I had before the other phone ever cameNow I don’t get return credit on my account eitherI have spent hours on the phoneI have been to colonial heights, Va and north Myrtle Beach scAnd no one will help resolve this issueIf possible I would give no stars.I’m disgusted with this company

Do NOT. The WORST experience I have ever had to endure. Salesman literally went OFF like a bomb. Ashley, "manager" stood by and allowed his berating, yelling, spitting, and explosive behavior to continue for a long time. Just say no - go to a REAL Verizon store and skip over this place.I do not take giving 1* lightly. I wouldn't have given it that high if I could. It was BAD.

Anthony Was extremely helpfulHe did his very best to try to repair my phone.Because of his efforts and the customer service I received I return back to the store an hour later.And purchased a new phone.
