Was broke down roadside and approached by owner telling me they could be there in 15 mins which ended up being 1 hour and 15 mins. 1 hour hook up which was no problem due to the fact truck was on its axle from tire coming off from hub. 35 miles to my mechanic shop 45 miles back to their shop so worst case scenario I would think 4 hour trip but somehow I was charged 1800.00. To get even worst they didn't accept business checks, credit cards or debit cards. They only accept venmo, cashapp, or cfs checks. Would never recommend and would never use again. I would rather sit on the road and wait til I catch a bill from state police then use them again. Hope this helps tell people not to use them and definitely BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
