Came in today and had the pleasure of being helped by RARA! Omg this lady are knows how to do nails ??!! I was so pleased and happy with the way that they came out. I am only here visiting in VA for school, but stopped by to have my nails done for graduation! I wish they did nails like she does in Kentucky!! She has serious skills and her personality is so beautiful! She truly is a beauty and a diamond ? in the rough. If you can make it out Top Nails in Petersburg, ask for RARA! You will be so pleased!! Jen is one of the best nail techs in the Tri City area. Any design, any request can be done. The nails last long, and she does quality work in efficient timing. She has done nails for over 10+ years. Her husband Kevin is just as good. This is a nails shop that has guaranteed quality service. I will always visit them.
Requested style: I wanted french tip and sunflowers with a little sparkle. The style is also matte.
Stylist: Kevin and Jen did my nails. Kevin, on the set, Jen added 3d sunflower design.

I went here for the first time and I will not be returning someone referenced me to “Rara” but I got a different girl instead of course black attitude just nasty and had the nerve to say charge me 40$ for bulky nails that absolutely hurting my fingers so bad she was definitely a beginner and I shouldn’t have been charged full price for a beginner who didn’t even know what she was doing and had the audacity to say to me “would you like to put the tip on the card or in cash” how ignorant and entitled is that! A tip is given not asked for! Not returning 1/10 unless you see Rara

My new nail tech Rara did a fantastic job!!! I'm super Happy with the end product. I brought my own polish & this is the first that I don't get a crooked nail. They all aligned like they should. THANK YOU RARA!! I wish I lived closer to her, but she definitely has a new customer.

My experience @ Top Nails was enjoyable as usual. My girl, Jennifer, placed those stones on my fingers perfectly as she always had. She is just a genius @ what she does. All of her work is impeccable. Very pleasant atmosphere. Techs are all friendly and talented.

Kevin and Jen do marvelous work and they take their time. They don't rush you, they make it's what you want and like. Just find a picture and take it to them.

I will be honest Jennifer is very talented but BAD, POOR, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The first time, Jennifer yelled as I was walking out of the door, next time tip me. The next day I went in for a pedicure, which was under satisfactory, so much so I asked them to stop. Still will to pay for them running water and removing gel polish. When I got to the register to pay, I was reminded about the day before when I didn't tip. Though I paid $110 for my nails. The most recent time, Jennifer told me at the register, your price is $110, that's including your tip. I responded, so you're telling me how much I'm going to tip you. I have never ever been this humiliated. If you want great customer service, this isn't the place.
