First time shopping online here and I will definitely be returning. Ordered a bogg bag and it was shipped and arrived very quickly. Packaging was perfect. I’m just overall pleased. No problems to report. Their website has so much cute stuff! I will definitely be back!

Wow. What a huge disappointment! 1st issue: I thought I was getting 2 Lulu-B items. Well, the solid pink jacket is. But the kaleidoscope ruffle dress is not. Apparently it’s a “sister company” called BEACHTIME. The material is cheap and the workmanship is so shoddy it looks like a 5 year-old made it. Seams poorly sewn, ruffles are uneven and look they went through a paper shredder at the bottom. Ruffle seams wander all over. Pathetic excuse for a dress. I would pay $2 for this dress. 2nd HUGE issue: SWEET SOUTHERN CHARM is bribing for 5-star/positive reviews! How can anyone trust reviews anymore if they aren’t legit? You wouldn’t need to do this if you sold quality items. Here’s your honest review and I’m okay not getting my 20% off bribe because I won’t be doing business with your company again.
FOLLOW UP RESPONSE TO OWNER:
You mentioned contacting you for returns however, you explicitly state on the order form that “all items eligible for return will be issued a store credit, not original form of payment.” Certainly, I did not want a store credit. I would’ve been happy to return it for refund if I thought I had that option.
And you agree the dress was of poor quality and an issue you would take up with your supplier. Perhaps a little quality control would go along way here. You should be very familiar with the items you are selling and, when someone is packing the order to be shipped, it would be wise to inspect the item to see if it meets appropriate high standards. Finally, offering the 20% discount AFTER SEEING THE POSITIVE REVIEW ON GOOGLE is poor business practice, in my opinion. If you had high-quality products and exceptional service, the good reviews would come on their own without having to offer money for them.

I was visiting from out of town and saw the sign for Sweet Southern Charm and thought that sounds like my kind of place! I stopped in and was greeted by Dawn immediately and was complimented on my handbag and my blonde hair! It was like I was hanging out with great girlfriends. I took a look around before deciding to try on some outfits. I had my own personal assistant giving me feedback and size recommendations as I switched outfits on and off. I was then introduced to owner Robyn who could not have been more pleasant and I was thankful for her honest 3rd opinion on what I was trying. I thought I had all my selections picked out to purchase until I was shown the Lulu B Cha Cha dress and had to have it in pink. Oh and don't forget the shoes! Corky Carleys in every color and new styles as well. I had a fantastic afternoon with the ladies in their wonderful shop and I can't wait to go back!

I was on my way to shop when a huge storm hit. Rain was pouring down. I called and ask if there was anyway they could pull what I was coming for because the storm was putting me arriving when the store was closing. Not only did they pull my items they even brought them to my car! Talk about above and beyond customer service! Thank you for your hard work and dedication. I'll definitely come back.

I have been looking for this jacket for a while and couldn’t find it at any stores near me. I went online to Sweet Southern charm and there it was! I ordered the jacket and it was shipped the very next day. The customer service was wonderful and arrived one day ahead of schedule, I would definitely shop online at the store again thank you

This was my first time visiting Sweet Southern Charm, needless to say I will be definitely coming back! The staff was very attentive helping everyone that was shopping there asking if they could hold their products for an easier shopping experience , helping customers at the fitting room and helping customers at the register! Kensleigh was wonderful, asking if I wanted her to hold my shirts so I could continue shopping and asking if I needed any help finding anything! The staff here were wonderful and all of the products are cute and well priced! They had various sizes in everything to accommodate all body and size types, so many styles of shirts, jeans, dresses and more! They even sell Bogg bags, which if you know are hard to find in store to take a look at. I 100% recommend this to anyone who likes Swig cups, Bogg Bags, Simply Southern and more!

I searched high and low for the new Kendra Scott Brynne Shell Pendant Necklace in Gold & Blush Mother of Pearl. My daughter really wanted it and I thought it would be a great graduation gift! It is a seasonal item and was completely sold out on the KS website as well as department stores. This little charming boutique was my savior! Immediately after I purchased it I called the boutique to make sure they received the order. The person who answered confirmed she had my order in hand. That was 6/18. I received the pendant today 6/20! Thrilled how fast I received it! Love this type of customer service! It is, unfortunately, rare these days. Makes me happy to know that some retailers still strive to make customers happy! I wish this business much success now and in the future!
