I’m giving this store a 2 out of 5 based on customer service alone. I went in (granted with a fussy toddler) I’m still a customer nevertheless. Was never greeted upon entering the store and not one staff member out of the 3 that I seen, attempted to assist me in any way. Everyone could see and hear my child being fussy so to think someone would come and try to help me find anything I suppose was too much like right. The kicker was anyone else after me that entered the store received a warm greeting and offer for assistance. I found this to be very rude and bias. Luckily I was able to find a good pair of shoes for my fussy toddler for a really great price, hence the 2 stars. Do better show shoe and treat everyone no matter what with dignity and respect coming through your door.

Overall, I am ranking my visit to the store as a 3 out of 5 today due to the lack of customer service. When I entered the store, both clerks who were behind the desk talking among themselves did not greet me nor looked in my direction. During the twenty minutes that I was in the store, neither service person came on my aisle or asked if they could help me. Neither clerk asked if I had found everything that I needed. When checking out, I was made to play a guessing game of which clerk would ring up my purchase. Initially, I picked the wrong clerk and was redirected to go to the other side of the counter. But I think if I had been greeted when I came up to the counter, I would have known which staff was available to assist me. During my shopping experience, I felt invisible and invaluable to the company. What a shame! Although my shopping was tainted with poor customer service, I still managed to buy two pairs of shoes. Two of my favorite brands: Clark's and Madden NY. For the price, shoppers can go anywhere and still get this merchandise and probably a lot better service.

I went in on feb.22 and asked about a particular shoe. It wasn't what i thought I wanted, so the employee said she'd show me a different type shoe. Another customer came in the store talking about some shoes she had gotten. This sparked up a conversation between both employees and the customer. The employee that was supposed to be helping me grabbed the customers shoes, headed towards the back and left me standing at the register. I was there to buy shoes for my whole family, but never again. Even if she asked if i could give her a minute, I would have respected that because she asked.

Hours online are wrong. They have different hours posted on their door.

Nice store and they do have a reasonable amount of different sizes for women. I wear a size 12 and was able to find a pair of shoes. Friendly staff and clean store.

Really love this store. They carry a vast selection of all types of shoes for all type of people. The store is always clean and the customer service is fantastic. I just did not get lucky this time finding what I was looking for. Not their fault the shoe I was looking for is a bit out of season.

it says closing at 9 pm but when I went there at 8:20 pm they did not let me in.
