Fix the pumps!! When putting in your alt ID to get your discount the pumps will not ask for payment and start over and lock my card in the card reader. At this point it does not give you the discount but then reads the card to allow you to pump gas. Fix the pumps

I love this place it's convenient but every bic lighter I buy only last a few days when I buy bic lighter from other places they last couple weeks I think they need to find different vendor to buy lighter in bulk

Horrible customer service. I baught 2 packs of cigarettes that cost me around $11.85 and gave her 22$ told her i want $10 bill back she was all over the place not doing her job talking to other people by the time she got back to me I was irritated and ready to go that I didn't realize that she didn't hand me the 10$ bill until I left. When I realized what happened I looked at the receipt and saw she put in I gave her 12$ instead of 22$ so I went up there and was told I have to wait for the manager to come in and that the manager would call me this morning that never happened so I called up there and was told the manager was gone and would not be back until Sunday night so I'm out of 10$ the customer service promised by this store is a lie and I suggest that you not use this store and if you do count your money constantly

i purchased a lighter and got home later and noticed it wasnt in the bag so when i called up there the lady that answered told me she wasnt there so she didnt know and that i would have to come buy another one, i asked her if they had cameras and she only got louder and repeated that she doesnt know because she wasnt there, i said i know that, however..and she cut me off and hung up on me. RUDE A$$ B!*** .

The best part of my late nights is stopping here for snacks and a drink because of the cashier Joe. He is always a joy and so helpful!!!!

The cashiers are beyond rude. They refused to help me with something I didn't understand. I ask the first cashier for help , she told me she had never played that game before and said the other cashier would have me.. But she refused and had a smart remark.. I'll never go there again

I went to this store yesterday for gas and was in shock with the treatment I received. I paid for gas and went to pump it, put the nozzle in tank and waited for pump to come on, I looked over to see if the cashier could see me, he and and a female coworker [very nasty attitude off the bet] they were outside smoking cigarette [must've gotten mad because I disturbed them from doing their job]. I went back in store to see why pump was not on, they said I pumped already or payment didn't take, Ididnotpumpa drop of gas.....checked my account today and it was processed [Iwillbecallingthebanktogetmy money].... so we had confortation [video].. I would suggest they get another career it's clear that they DO NOT like their job.....and i will never use this place again ..... its never a manager around and they do not require patriot's to wear face mask when entering the store....looking for a corporate # to call.

Have been going here every morning before work never had a problem till they got new cashier in the morning . She is so rude and there was puke all in the bathroom and all over toliet so I go in tell her and she just looks away and don't say nothing. Lost my service! We have always went to this store and never had any issues.
