I’m only giving it a star to be able to rate this place.
I want to start off by saying Ms Kim is a sweet lady but the atmosphere isn’t welcoming the place definitely needs cleaning! I let her know I wanted a pedicure so I sat in the chair and the bowl appeared to be a little dirty but she advised me that it was just a stain so she ran the water and about 2 minutes later the chair stopped working so she tried to fix it then it stopped again so she finally switched me to another chair and the motor in the massage part kept going in and out so that was a bit nerve wrecking the lighting in there wasn’t good she stood up the entire time while doing my pedicure which was a first for me ! She told me I didn’t need much done to my feet because it’s no dead skin so it was quick and minimal! I wasn’t given an option to choose a color she just asked me if I knew what color I wanted I told her yellow she only showed me one shade and she didn’t have any other shade the paint job is sloppy ! So when she did my nails I liked how she used the stickers to sculpture a nail she didn’t smooth out the acrylic so it’s very lumpy and the paint job is sloppy oh might I add she had used toe separators that had polish on them that was placed in between my toes the towel she used to dry feet with she placed on top of all the bottles of solution such as oil,acetone, etc . This place is not clean or sanitary. No I wasn’t mean and nothing occurred for me to write this review again Kim is a sweet lady this place just needs help !

According to a Facebook post by your employee Nina Tran, "Black people are to be brutally beaten". Is this the sort of person you want working at your establishment? Because that's not the sort of person I would feel safe near me or my mother, let alone working on my nails.

I went in on 8/28/2021 for a full set , this was the outcome . I was unhappy with the service , I advised the lady of that and was still pressured into paying ! Save yourself money and go elsewhere!!! Mind you this was a basic FRENCH TIP FULL SET !Service: Acrylic nails

This is the worst place on earth. First she'll burn you with the drill while she talk to everyone. Then she'll cut you with that old Emory board then she finish up the torture by buffing until the skin bleeds. My nails look like a 6 year old did them. The experience was painful and upsetting

Me and my mother went in and Kim done our nails. She was offering nail art that we didn’t even ask for. She said “let me free style for you” we specifically said “how much is freestyle design“ she responded “I’m going to hook y’all up this first time so you’ll want to come back”. When she finished she charged $75 a piece and we only got fill ins. I said “we’ll pay this time but we won’t be back” she basically forced us to spend money with her bc we didn’t want a freestyle design to begin with and, all she could say was “where can you get all these design for cheaper”. Never allow her to offer design bc it will be very expensive.Services: Acrylic nails

This is my second time in 5 years getting my nails done there all of the nails fell off 3 day’s later and the lady named Kim did them should would not even fixed and I got nailed art drawn on that was pretty other than that don’t waste your money I got them done on the 6-11-2021 I don’t have but two nails left on my hand top nails does good work they just were booked up so they were my last choice $58 down the drain never again.Services: Gel manicure
