I was referred to Ms. Whitehead by this tax service from a relative. I've been looking for an accountant for a while now and finally settled on this black owned business. In November I had a lovely conversation over the phone about the different items needed. I gave her my tax info and also shared with her I needed last years taxes completed. We discussed I would stop by to make my payment for my tax preparation services but with being so close to the end of the year, the business and banks are closed early for tax preparation services. We kept in touch weekly and i finally made it back in Friday. I stopped in to make my payment and was given the run-around about my taxes. I told her to cancel my preparation services because I don't have time for people wasting my time. I completed my taxes using TurboTax.
