“Needed a prescription refill and wasn’t sure if I had one more left before the doctor needed to reorder it for me. We were out of state but called our local pharmacy to see if we had another refill left. They told us we did have a transfer left. So we called the pharmacy closest to us in Kansas and they said we didn’t have another refill. Frustration. I was going to run out of my medicine so I tried two separate days to get ahold of my doctor with no success. Finally I called this pharmacy and the young lady was very patient and professional and she took the time to check thoroughly to see if there was another transfer refill available….thank you for not being to busy to care and help a customer that needed an extra bit of time!!!”
