It's a storage area and sometimes cars or trucks be sitting on the property for sale. It do have a guy who sale car radios that come up to the storage area sometime. Great place if you if you need a new system in their car.

Really nice open floor plan. Easy to load an unleaded from the loading bays. Trucks can back up to dock an stay over night if needed. Can easily use a forklift with plenty of head room to stack your loads. The floors are level and smooth great for Palit Jacks or any type of dolly you may be using. The spaces can be climate control when needed. Only down sides are the place is hard to find since there isn't any kind of sing marking the entrance or even what the place is other then one that you can see only if you happen to drive in from that direction an it's no where near the entrance. An a dock Plate would be nice but not really needed.
