Order over $7000 in sheet metal from Moss Motors and every body panel showed up with extensive damage. Sent pictures and reached out to them three times. They have not reached out to me about making things right. The body panels fit horrible and everything needs a great deal of cutting/welding and reshaping. Very disappointed with the parts and with customer service for not making things right.

I ordered a replacement sun visor for my MGB. The visor arrived earlier than I expected, and it is of good quality. It installed easily (I mean it’s just a sun visor) and it fit perfectly. Good experience.

Horrendous shipping cost and after 4 days still not sent. $9.00 for a drain plug. I would expect immediate shipping and NOT using savers UPS. Slow as Molasses. I would order from someone else if they had the part.

So an $80 oil pump ended up costing me close to $90 for shipping to Canada. This wouldn't have been so bad if Moss hadn't bill my credit card BEFORE I approved the shipping quote (which was $47 and was "TBD" when I ordered). When I sent an email about it, I was ignored. Must be getting kick backs from UPS, who in turn charged me another $40 for duty and "handling".UPDATE: Moss must care about their customer opinions. They have refunded my shipping costs, so I have changed my rating, and my opinion.

These guys are awesome. I’ve been working on my 75 B for a few months now, and they’ve been super helpful in shipping parts as needed. Prices are reasonable, courteous help, fast shipping! Highly recommend.
