Had a 9:30 appointment they didn’t show up until 11 after multiple calls back and forth stating she was on her way. One lady out right told me the style took too long and she wasn’t doing my hair. The other one claimed she didn’t know how to do it but later joined in to help the one doing my hair. I will never come back again they played all in my head and hair looked HORRIBLE! Nothing like the pictures or multiple videos I showed them of how I wanted it!

I paid $80 for box braids (overpriced) that were not don't correctly my parts were not straight so I went back to get them redone and they still did it wrong I only went because the person who usually do my hair had to work never returning

Lack of professionalism….they gave me a time to show up to get my braids….showed up and waited…waited…. Called her to figure out what’s going on….told me she was close by but wasn’t. So I left…50 mins later.
I get it…things happen….but being honest to your customers will get you a long way. I will never step foot in that shop again.

*Old* Went in for two braids, the food she was eating got dropped on my head (FISH), she plucked the fish and it fell in my lap. She continued the braid and when it came to the end she used a lighter "no problem" until I felt her smack the back of my head because the hair caught a FLAME, which burned my real hair. Another hair braider was standing beside her and they did a little giggle." I guess the had the nervous giggles". Glad I'm not allergic to fish.P.S- In between one of the braids while she was EATING, the hair dresser walked off and my sister began laughing at me I didn't understand why, but she signaled for me to touch the top of my head and there was a slice of bread, I laughed. She pretty much used my head as a countertop. Glad I could help her.

Had a rough week at work,God still blessed me on Saturday to get my hair braided to relax me, I received some smoking feeding that made my day. They aren't afraid to use there hair if your hair is thinning. I love this place Mimi and her sister are number 1.

I made an appointment a week ago to put crochet twist in my hair. I arrived today for my appointment and Mimi wasn’t there. There were 5 people waiting to see her for a 9 am appointment! I waited for about 10 minutes and Mimi still didn’t show up. Another lady who works in Mimi shopped started working on a man’s hair bc she promised that him that she would do his hair. I just got up and left bc this was very unprofessional and I wasn’t about to spend my whole day in her shop for a 2 hour hairstyle that I booked a week ago!

Quick! Went in at 12pm and was out by 430pm with medium box braids. The only problem was that I asked for large. I didn't complain because it looks beautiFULL

I went in there with a picture and got braids they didn’t even look right. Also they didn’t do my son locs right when he went. My last time giving them my money. Thanks Africans for messing me up on my birthday
