Mrs. Giselle Ramirez went way beyond what she's paid to do. I went to four other Metro branches that dismissed, she took more than 2 hours to make it right and I was very pissed the whole time and now that she made it right, it settled me down and I thank her for that. She is a great employee and truly knows how to excel in customer service!

Went to this location on 6-10-24 because I was attempting to get my account number and transfer pin but my phone was not working. I stopped at this location and asked for assistance from Giselle. She was not helpful at all. I asked if she could give me my account number and transfer pin but she said I needed to call customer service. I advised her that my phone did not work n could I use the phone there. She dialed a number n it was to xfinity. I told her it was xfinity, she said she could not contact metro customer service on the phone at her metro location. It was the WORST service I ever had. I then drove to the Metro location on Sycamore and was taken care of in a respectful and professional manner.
Giselle who works out of the Crater Road office should not be allowed to represent your company.
It was the worst experience I have ever had from any company!

Lady behind the counter was helping a customer. I was just there to buy a sim card and she contacted her boss and that said I couldn't buy a sim card with out activating it in the store. I wanted to activate it at home on line. I will be contacting another store about this.

Not too bad I love Metro which is the same as T-Mobile but they don't have updated phone.

I went there to get a replacement phone and they wanted me to pay for it and to me that is unacceptable. I pay 89 dollars a month for my plan which includes two phones and when one or both malfunctions they need to give me a replacement. I will find another plan and they won't be getting any more money out of me!

Worst place to buy a phone, staff sucks! I walked out and went to colonial heights service was much better and that's a shame
