The leasing office and management team receive consistent praise for being incredible, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. They hold fun community events and provide outstanding customer service. The maintenance team is also awesome, incredibly responsive, and pleasant, resolving issues quickly, often within the same day. Located near Virginia State University, the area offers some nice coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants within walking distance. Petersburg is described as an old city with some crime, and the complex has taken steps to increase security with key fob entry and secured package lockers. It is noted as a great place for students and is conveniently located near other towns and Richmond. Overall, residents find it a nice and clean place to live. While there are some issues with the area and the aged building, the great management and maintenance teams make it a satisfying and recommended home.
The ladies in the office are so wonderful. I recommend this apartment complex.

This was by far the nicest and cleanest place I’ve looked at in my search for a new place. Can’t wait to move in. Leetha was extremely nice and had answers for all my questions. Kim was also very nice. They both made me feel very welcome. I’m looking forward to my new home.

Melissa at the lobby deserves 5stars in every manner! She went above and beyond to get us through the process! I was losing hope that I’d find a home for school, but she made it happen!!! Her customer service should be used as an example of what outstanding looks like!
