I was referred to ******* Auto Repair by another auto shop that was overbooked. My car needed to be inspected. The staff at Quaye's were friendly and gave an extremely accurate estimate of the wait time unti my state inspection could be done.The service was completed in a timely fashion. I would be willing to utilize their service again.

They are pretty good. I had my brakes done there and it wasn't too expensive. Very reasonable prices and very friendly and smiling faces. Which to me means a lot.

This place does not even deserve 1 star! I purchased a car from Sun Tune & Lube that has a good inspection sticker (see photo) from Quaye's Auto.The car had a brake light that was out, missing 2 lug nuts, 3 broken wheel stems, leaking power steering line, and a cracked steering knuckle. This car should have never passed inspection, yet it had a passed state inspection sticker on it (see photos).Sun Tube sells cars as is but is not truthful in what they sell. I would recommend that nobody buys a car from this place. Nor would I recommend having your car worked on at Quaye's.Quaye's does not inspect vehicles according to Virginia State inspections.

I had reservations about borrowing from a new company, especially when it comes to title loans. However, this one in Petersburg exceeded my expectations. The staff was great, the application process was straightforward, and they offered flexible repayment terms. It's reassuring to know that reliable title loan companies in Petersburg like this one exist.

Cordial and professional customer service. They will accept customers providing auto parts. Labor costs are on the high end, though. I'm comparing estimates for my budget. However, if money were not an option, I would definitely employ their services.

My recent experience with them was not pleasant. They overcharged me for fixing my water pump. Plus, while fixing one problem he broke other parts, and the were not damaged before it arrived at the shop!! Refused to fix what was broken! Also, when I went to pick up my car, no receipts could be presented to show what parts were purchased to fix my car. My daughter went to go get an inspection, he put a rejection stick on her vehicle under false accusations. Do not shop with them!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
