“After moving to the area, I've visited twice so far. Both times have been a plesent experience. The gentlemen running the store are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've purchased cards and comic books, even a board game from the store, and plan to continue giving them business. Hopefully, one day, I can summon enough courage to join their regular gatherings for DnD, board games, or card games.”
“Although we were looking for veils pre-made or tiaras or something, we can turn into a tiara for a wedding. I love how the store is clean and I love how the store is set up. I know exactly where in the store an item I'm looking for is placed. The employees are usually very friendly and very helpful every time I'm there. It's one of my favorite hobby shops to go to.”

“I've been going to this location since I was a kid, and I've never had any bad experiences. It's very small, as most GameStop stores are, but they usually have anything you want. If they don't, they'll call the neighboring Colonial Heights location (about 10 minutes away) and check with that store to see if they have what you need. Customer service is pretty decent here and checkout is pretty quick, but only two people are working at a time on a regular day from what I've observed, so you might wait a few minutes to get to the counter during random busy times.”
