The employee there, sold me a open ,used vape for 18 dollars , he pretended to open it and handed it up o me , the vape stoped working one day later I will never go there again

What sort of tobacco store doesn't have 5 cartons of cigarettes? It smells like incense and myrrh in here. It's a overpriced convenience store nothing more.
