Really good experience with Forest at Caliber Collision. He kept me informed on the needed repairs and they had my wife’s car ready on time. I also spoke with Sandy and Angela and both were very friendly. Great quality work as well.

Used the Colonial Heights VA Location. Excellent, Friendly Staff with great customer service. This was repair via an insurance claim. Caliber Collision handled it all communicating with my insurance company and helping a bad experience go smoothly. Highly recommend when in need.

Billed incorrect insurance company... accepted a check from correct insurance company that was held liable for my damages, but caliber sent the check back... then they spent 30 minutes in the lobby arguing with me about my responsibilities of costs... when services for vehicle were already paid in full... will never use them or recommend anyone for their services.

Did not keep me updated, phone's were down during business hours when I tried to get a update the 9 days that they had my vehicle , had to get my insurance company to call them and they same thing phones were down, very disappointed

Good job with the repair. Justin lacks basic customer service skills. Was told it would take 5 days, then we realized only part of the work was done. Justin claimed our insurance rep told him not to fix the mirror. He had to order it. Mind you, we had talked about fixing this mirror when we went in to get the estimate. What should have been 5 days turned into 10. I think they must be in cahoots with enterprise to drag out the days of renting the car. My husband did leave his Costa sunglasses in the car, and Sandy did hold those for me, so at least they are honest there. The work done was great. I'm just not happy with Justin and how he handled things.

It was a simple backup light cover replacement in a rubber bumper. I was told 2-3 days, took 8. The estimater said at least it doesn't require painting And then I was charged hundreds more and it included paint!!!
