Thursday 09/29/2022 stopped by to get help with my phone but door was locked. Returned 3 more times and still no one. It's now 3:00 pm. This is not the first time we have had this issue. Been with boost for 12 yrs and never missed a payment. My family and I are switching to Verizon tomorrow.

I called to request an iPhone 8, the lady that answered the phone was absolutely Nasty and Rude, the first thing I said when she answered was "Good Morning" she says how can I help you? NO NAME NOTHING, I tell her I would like to know if they have the iPhone 8 instore she say " new customer , existing or what ?" and sweetheart I would suggest you purchase something else. So I state I am an existing customer and she says well I suggest you order it online which is where I was originally ordering it. its 11 am why are you so nasty ? your phone has distortion in it and your are calling me sweetheart when my oldest daughter could be your age. I inform her that her phone is breaking and she says" this is a landline you need to check your line" Ma'am I'm calling from my office. why are you like this? you are not pleasant or welcoming at all. just rude. I literally pray your day gets better. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Do not go to this store. They will cheat you into buying items by adding them to your bill and say you have to buy the accessory in order to get the eligible upgrade price claiming it is a "bundle". Bunch of cheats and liars.

I came into this store to replace my xfinity prepaid internet router. I’ve purchased one from here in the past that’s why I came back. The box was $80 then and its $80 now , for some reason this store charge an extra $40 for activation fee which they charge you for one of their items in my case it was an Bluetooth speaker. I didn’t no of this upcharge until I seen my receipt that I was charged $80 for the internet which activate is included in that $80 and also the charge of $40 for this cheap Bluetooth speaker. When I asked how does the boost mobile website shows the prices of $80 that includes the actication fee and 30 days of service . I was told “ that was wrong they are overseas” I don’t know how the boost mobile website is wrong. I will never enter this establishment again and the first and last time I will be scammed by them for an up charge to make their sells looks better

Went there today and the manager or lady in charge has absolutely terrible customer service skills.There was a young Lady taking my payment and asked if I wanted to used debit or credit my card you can use either or .She jumps and and has this bad attitude that you have to show id and I replied my card is either or .It's obvious she doesn't like to work or deal with people..She needs Etiquette and Customer service training..I honestly think she tries to deter customers away because she doesn't want to work.This isn't the first time I've dealt with this terrible customer service..

Very bad experience. CeCe (managers nick name) was very rude to me because I asked sales questions about purchasing another phone. Then when I asked her not to be rude she got the customers involved by asking if they thought she was rude, never mind me. Be aware there is no customer service taking place here at all.

Went in, walked to the front and asked about hotspots. The lady at the desk asked if I was looking for a mobile one which I replied yes to. She said we don't sell them here look online... okay....I followed up with if she had pricing information. She sighed and said, "you'll have to look online". Wow thanks for that amazing info. Worst part is as I was walking out there was a poster that I missed that had some details and pricing options on it. So what I got from the person there was they were not at all interested in selling a product and her mood is not suited for customer service.
