The store wasn't supposed to be open because the building was declared unsafe by the city..so they served me outside the store..the owners were very nice

The staff is very friendly and I've been with Boost Mobile for a couple of years. My issue is I believe refurbished phones are being sold as brand new phones; my reason for saying this is because I've purchased 2 "new" phones from here and after a couple of months of use the phones take on a mind of their own...when texting the touch screen keys start sticking or texting whatever it wants to, or the phone will just automatically back out of the page that I'm viewing and go black and go back to the homepage almost like someone is remotely controlling the phone from somewhere else and then ultimately the phone screen will start blinking with different color lines appearing and then the phone with go black and I can't get it to come back on resulting in me having to purchase a "new" phone. After having purchased a "new" Coolpad that did what I described I had to purchase a "new" Samsung A02s that has started doing the same thing and I had neither phone for over a year. I won't be going back to Boost Mobile for no more mobile phone or services.

I wan to get SIM card to update my network I’m on the phone with coustmer service he didn’t wan sell the SIM card because he wan to do it so he can charge me on top of that he wan to charge me 25$ I’m not the only one many other people you charge them extra

I got me a new phone there took it back three times and the things still does not work rightEvery time I get on the phone to talk the other person on the other side cannot hear me the phone has been taken back three times and it's still it's not acting right and the employee is never there I've been there twice last week they weren't even open 11:00 in the afternoon there wasn't open then I came back another day and they didn't open. That day how to sell your merchandise if you can't never open your store

the guy that worked there was very helpful. even though he wasn't able to transfer my phone number, he never pressured me to get a phone. he showed me my options and let me decide.

Well my step dad went in there to get a cord for his phone an it didn't even fit so the guy running the store with glasses doesn't know anything about a damn phone so he does not need to be working there an is a damn joke he said the cord would fit an it does not the ends are different an then tried to say we bent it
