I swear I hate this location. So ghetto and unprofessional. I got to the bank at 12:21 & had 2 people in front of me. I waited for 22 minutes for 1 teller to cash a check & the other teller to complete a deposit. Both simple and quick transactions but I had to stand and wait b/c the teller wanted to chat and talk about her experience getting a rental car and having to take an Uber! Then while she’s clearly holding the line up chatting it up, she talks bad about her co workers not helping saying “it doesn’t take 4 people to put a tablecloth on a table”. So she expects her co workers to help but it’s ok for her to hold the line up talking about nonsense. By the time I left, there were almost 10 people in line while the bank still seemed empty of employees because they were all in the back with two slow tellers holding the line up. Every time I go into this location, I leave pissed, so word to the wise, go anywhere else but here. Called to speak to a manager about my experience and no one ever answered the phone even after I tried calling 11 times. Someone from corporate really needs to step in and fix the operations here.

I’m sick of this location. I keep having multiple problems with the teller so I find myself having to go 15mins out my way to a different location to fix my problems because the teller will lie and say they can’t do something. They are never open during regular hours or they will close early. Shut this location down please I get new workers that actually want to work.

This branch is almost always S L O W. Ad of late there is oftentimes only one teller working which leads to a considerable wait if it’s a busy day. The drive through has been closed for years. Last time I used the ATM it had a fuzzy screen & a piece of metal surrounding the keyboard was partially torn
& bent causing difficulties in accessing it. Overall not a good location.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in with a simple request of getting a copy of a cashier's check, they told me to sit down so they could help other customers and then ignored me for an hour. Never again even acknowledged that I was sitting there, so I left as there was no sign they intended to help or acknowledge me. Now i'm sitting on hold for 30 mins with B of A main line. If you want to waste your time, bank here!
