I understand it was a school and not a actual shop where people are experienced and that is fine.. but you should never ever let a student do a style they are not comfortable with doing and have never done before if someone is paying for it!! I was basically used as a human manikin and the girl had not one clue on how to do a sew in not one! The instructor could’ve voiced to me that it would be her first time so I could have made a decision. I went in for a sew in that usually takes about 2 hours I was there for 4 hours and didn’t even get what I actually asked for its not so much the students fault I blame the instructor if you see she wasn’t doing well you could let someone take over who was a little more experienced!Service: Hair extensions

I have been natural for over 12 years. I came in for a blow out and trim after not using heat for 8 months. The student use too much heat protector which caused my blow out to be stiff. She was unable to blow dry my hair fully so another stylist used rat tail comb and a blow dryer to rack throw my hair…after that my hair was passed through 5 times resulting in 4 inches( while curly)of heat damage…I didn’t even get the trim.Services: Hair styling

This place is very professional, relaxing, and friendly. It is a place that I will recommend to anyone that enjoys being treated like you are special. Nice atmosphere the proprietors are so nice and their students seem very happy to be there getting a wonderful learning experience.

I have heard great things about this place from friends and Ive literally been calling for 4 days straight now because I have senior pictures and I wanted a particular stylist to do my hair. Either no one answers the phone, I get told to call back, and finally today I was put on hold for ten minutes listening to people laugh and talk about miscellaneous things. I honestly feel the whole process was rude I have left several messages and have not received any return calls. This is extremely unprofessional for anyone who is trying to become a stylist.
