Scammer! My son went there against my better judgment and bought an overpriced car. Put down 3k and drove off the lot. Now the brakes are failing only a few months later AND the salesman is refusing to give up the new plates for the car, citing that we owe him another 1k for A DOWN PAYMENT. He just made up a number and wants more money even though the contract says 3k. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!
If y'all wanna do a class action lawsuit, follow me and I'll reach out via email. I'm so serious. I'm tired of him taking advantage of desperate people .

This is a scam center. The cops should do something about they also operate on Facebook with r personal account. They lie about everything even the mileage. The car broke down within three days and when I took it to the mechanic he said a lot of the piece were replaced with cheaper one and the odometer was pushed back. Victim should protest or do something about them

I am being financed for a 2007 cadillac SRX. I am a single mother of my 9 month old son and asked for something safe and reliable. They said my truck is reliable with low miles and a "fresh oil change". The day after my purchase truck was smoking under the hood. I had a mechanic take a look at it and it has a cracked oil pan, broken valve cover gasket, and overheats with an oil leak. Engine was COMPLETELY dry of oil and no coolant at all.UPDATE:American Auto got their mechanic to attempt to fix the truck that I purchased from them. Still have issues and now the truck is broke down I unable to drive something and stuck with a loan of $4300.At first American Auto stated that they would try to work with me as far as a trade in. Now they are saying I don't make enough money. I am at the same job and I've had two raises since I bought this truck. American Auto said that there was nothing that they can do and he hung up in my face. I am furious and very disappointed..

DO NOT buy a used car from here. They sell LEMONS and will tell you the car works great, have people lined up to buy it, etc typical salesman pitch, all lies. Bought a vehicle from them that worked for 3 literal days before all the bandaids they put on came off, DO NOT conduct business here. You'll be paying your loan and car repair together.

Bought a 14 Sonata from them in February. Not even 6 months later my engine went out. Financed the car for $16k with 180,000 miles on it, my mistake. Now I'm out of a car and a job because I couldn't get to work on time due to not having reliable transportation.Virginia has a lemon law and they do not follow it, if I had the money I would sue them.I only put $1,000 down and they put $500 of their own money into it, they told me to tell the credit people I put $1,500 down and that was a lie off rip. They take advantage of desperate people and take no credit for it. Can't wait for them to go out of business.
