The lady that works the gate is an awful human being. She is the rudest woman I've ever encountered. Absolutely hate having to go here. They will also give your company trailer to anybody they want. Ours ended up in Maine.

Checking in and out can be a bit of a hassle when delivering and departing during the twilight hours. I will tell my fellow drivers to take I-85 to exit 61 and it's the right at the 1st light after the gas station.

53’ dryvan drivers. If you ever have to come here for non inventory recycling materials, DON’T DO THAT!!! It took me an hour just to find someone who actually know something about that load, and another 2 hours to get loaded. They will also tell you they have no idea how heavy is load. Also they will not provide BOL for load. Waste of time and money!!!

I was very surprised with this Amazon. driver had an appt at 10am to deliver. he got there at 9am. Did the check in, very quick. he got a door right away and at 10:30am driver was out.

So far one of the worst places I’ve had the displeasure of checking into, there is no actual live person it’s a speaker system but they have the volume still up it’s all distorted on top of the guy speaking having a thick accent like he’s from India so you can barely understand him as is, then when they put you on hold they blast jazz music directly into your face I don’t mind jazz but there are respectable volumes. I will add more to this as today unfolds

I had a delivery for 9pm showed up at 8:15. No line. 5 min check in Dropped trailer off in door. Unloaded a full trailer in 1 hour.
