Oh my gosh, I just got my new washer delivered by Aarons. I am so excited , brand , spanking , new still in plastic. I'm loving it. I can't wait to start using it. I already have another Appliance from Aarons and the service is always great. The pricing is Affordable and it makes it possible for people like myself who cannot straight out purchase or get typical credit to still have a new(er) model appliance in their house. The Delivery guys are awesome. David and Tina and the rest of the team members at the Colonial Heights, VA store are Top-Flight as well. I would highly recommend this business Five Stars, Topflight easy !

I’ve been waiting all morning on my delivery even CHECKED this morning to make sure I was on the delivery schedule today and I was told YES!! NOW I have to sleep on the floor because my old furniture is GONE SMH THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, it’s only 4pm and NO ONE CAN BRING MY BED ???

Went in to look for a new washer because mine stopped working and upon entering the store there was 3 employees at the counter and not one of them greeted me or even bothered to ask if i needed help...after that experiance i will take my money else where...lack of customer service and to allow a potential customer to walk out the door they should be ashamed.

We were looking for a new couch as we just purchased a new home, and went into Aaron's to at least look and see what they had. Several employees saw us. Not a single one acknowledged us. They were too busy avoiding customers and chatting amongst one another.After seeing other negative reviews, I shouldn't have wasted my time.I'll take my money elsewhere.

Miranda is rude, I had tried to call the store several times through out the day. I finally got Miranda on the phone and was given excuse as to why my phone call wasn't answered. I told her after finally calling another store I was told I had to deal directly with them. I have been a customer of Aaron's before and have never had a bad experience until this store. The whole process was a fubar. Either way I will not be going back to this location.

I was approved when I filled an application. I started the lease agreement. Was all set up for my product to be delivered, but they called me on the day for it to be delivered that they won't deliver it to where I live just because I stay in a motel. It shouldn't matter where you live as long as you make the payments on time. Not very happy with them

To start, I was called to the store to pick up an order that was supposed to be shipped to my address. The representative said that someone forgot to put in an order to ship my item, but I can just pick it up and bring an ID. When I arrived at the store, the representative verified both my mailing and physical address and had printed out the paperwork in regard to my order. On his way to get my order from the back, the assistant manager, Carrie or Karene( one of the names), chimed in to say I needed my lease to pick up my order. I told her I do not have a lease because the home is payed for and is now a family home. She then stressed that I needed to contact the tax office to get documentation of my residence there. She then asks me about my pay to which I said that information was verified with loss prevention online and on the phone to which she stressed that she needed to know as well. I chose to pay my bill the 1st of each month to which she constantly kept encouraging me to change the date so that I would be able to pay and then give me a pamphlet stating if I cannot pay my bill to reach out! I am a nurse! I do not need no one looking out for me paying any bill. Then she questioned how I do not have a landlord given its a family home. She was so inappropriate and had the NASTIEST attitude! I understand that customers are going to get disappointed from time to time, but to be absolutely rude and demeaning is unacceptable. Especially given I was called there. I am taking this matter further. I worked a12 hours shift at the hospital, then to be called there to do that to me is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! It is not okay. This will be my first and last purchase.
