Our mail carrier leaves our mailbox open during rain and our mail is unreadable. The ink smears. The envelopes are unable to be opened. What is so hard about closing a door?!?!? It happens with great frequency and it’s not just us. Several of the neighbors experience the same thing. So aggravating.

We constantly have packages that are scanned for delivery that we never receive or we receive three to four days later after they were scanned for delivery and also our mailbox is always left open so the letter mail is almost always wet.
