I live in another state and Joyce with Norton floral was so helpful with me and ordering my mother's funeral flowers I had also contacted her when my uncle passed away and she went above and beyond the duty of a florist

I really just went in there to talk about some designs that I had and to see if they would do consignment. I used to be a florist so I really wanted to check it out. Place looked great. They still do Telaflora designs which was nice to see. She did still have some Thomas kinkade products there. I wish I had gotten her name but it was the owner of the shop and she was so very nice and really took the time to listen. Thank you for your hospitality! Shannon Johnson

We are from Michigan , my uncle passed and the arrangement we ordered was exactly what we ordered , flowers were beautifully arranged and healthy , my aunt loved them and she was a florist , thank you for doing a great job it made us feel so happy the way they came out and it was easy to order online from this shop , from start to finish to delivery , thank you for putting us at ease at such a difficult time - this shop is awesome ! I called yesterday to place a super last minute order with them (2 hours before they closed) and the person I spoke with was very sweet and definitely pulled through for me! I live several hours away and wanted a cute birthday bouquet made for my stepmother. She called me about an hour after I called the store and said she had the flowers delivered! The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and it was delivered super fast! Thanks so much to Norton Floral for helping me last minute. It really did mean a lot to me and my stepmother!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! I purchased one thing and what was delivered was completely different. Not only was it completely different color and vase, what was delivered was not even close to the equivalent of what I paid. I understand all flowers may not be in stock, but at least match what I paid! When I called to express my concern, the owner was rude and said there was nothing she could do except pick up the flowers after being delivered for Mother’s Day and refund me.
