“The location is convenient while running errands. When an employee sees an elderly employee, they assist them into the store.The produce section has a decent selection. The bakery had lots of choices. The ice cream cakes were nice. We were having a celebration. There were nice drinking glasses with "Smith Mt. Lake" printed on them. The employees were helpful when I wasn't sure where an item was located.”

“Personally I think the employees do a good job at this Westlake Kroger..I do get tired of hearing them bad mouth their managers though. On the last two visits I’ve heard employees talking bad about their management. They called the store manager some very bad names.That’s not a good look for the store.A couple times cashiers have given me too much change back. I was given $4 over one time. Not everyone will return to tell you your mistake. Be careful.”

“Jed and the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of hardware and most things you'll need in a pinch. The beer is cold and pinto beans are on sale!”
