My family and I decided to find something in the local area to do outdoors. As we searched on Google, we came across new rivers edge inc in Pembroke, Virginia. Upon arrival we were greeted by Paul, who was so friendly and fun. The first thing we did was inner tubing, which was so fun and relaxing. While we were inner tubing, we went through some rapids which was fun even for our 4 year old. The second thing we did was kayaking. Paul was awesome explaining to our daughter how to paddle. Paul even takes photos of your adventures, which is so helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a great time kayaking with New River Edge, the owner is super friendly and extremely accommodating. The area is beautiful and the equipment is very highly quality and well kept!! Highly recommend this rental!

Incredible experience! Friendly, prompt service! Less commercialized than other tubing experiences. We tubed, kayaked, picnicked, relaxed, and stayed as long as we wanted. This section of the New River is stunning! The owner, Paul, took pictures and sent them to the guests for a souvenir. Will definitely be back!

Paul was great communicating with us and the last 1/2mile of the 6 mile kayaking run was great!!! Perfect way to end a trip on the river.

We had an absolutely fantastic time tubing, paddle boarding and kayaking with the whole family at New River’s Edge. Paul was very personal and a fun river guide.

Family from DC area drove 4 hours away and it was wonderful it was worth the drive spend all day . Will recommend and will be coming here often thank you for the first time wonderful experience ❤️
