Uncomprehensive They do not stay focused on your job Their communication is absolutely horrible Expect a job that takes one hour to take 7 days To complete If the owner does not run the place the help does They will lie to you The owner only wanted for his personal Projects The place will be shutting down The place will be shutting downVery soon From what I've been told But this is my personal experience But this is my personal experienceAs well as others in the community None of the so called mechanics I think a total of 2 Are certified

J and J Automotive was hired to do repairs to a golf cart we owned. It remained in their garage for approximately 3 months. Only part of the work we requested done was actually completed. We were never given a written estimate or told the cost up front. On 1 of our invoices there were charges listed for work we did not request. There was one charge for installation that was listed on 2 invoices so we were double charged. The golf cart was driven into the garage in excellent condition and was not drivable and had to be pushed out of the garage and hauled home on a trailer when we received it back.. it was in pieces when we received it back. We had to hire someone to put it back together. The owner demanded full payment. Immediately. or our cart would be held with a mechanics lien on it. The owner was argumentative and rude. We were charged a ridiculous amount and We were told not to call or text or visit the garage again. We have pictures to prove the condition of the cart before and after the work was done. We have contacted a lawyer and other aid.
