I woke up to a non working dead brand new Samsung 24. It wouldn't come on, charge, do anything. The young gentleman named Greg I believe, helped me and was so kind very patient. He did a soft reboot and it is now working. Je gave me all the information of what to do if it happened again. Very pleased and very appreciative.
