I would give ZERO STARS if possible! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!! I called last week to make an appointment for inspection & I told him specifically I would have to wait on the vehicle as I would have no ride I was told to come at 10AM this morning. I show up, & John doesn't seem to remember the phone conversation we had the week before, so I politely filled him in, trying to refresh his memory. He said, quote, " Darlin' I got 15 cars in front of you, either leave it here or leave. I don't care." I only set up this "appointment" because my fiance works at a local shop & John was highly recommended for his quick service & good prices on tires, & I needed a set of 4 new tires for the truck as well as the inspection. Instead of giving my business to John, I took my business elsewhere. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly, find another mechanic besides this guy! Plus his location & parking lot sucks!

Excellent service! My wife had a leaking tire while traveling, and was extremely frazzled, but John's Auto's friendly service and quick work got her back on the road in no time.
