I get treated like a member of their family, every year; no matter my tax prep. Typically it's always the same woman, but even if it's someone else. I enjoy how I can change anything I want, whenever I want (related to that tax year). Convenient, professional and up to date/par with any tax related questions or suggestions.

This place seems to be a total scam this year. Or ran by total idiots. Was told I'd have to pay $40 extra if they messed up my taxes and I got audited. Was told they could deposit my money onto the same h&r block card I've had for years, they forgot and gave me a new one. I asked they take my fee out of my return, they forgot and had to redo them. Sign 3 foot tall on the front window, GET YOUR REFUND IN MINUTES! UP TO $3500. Well we are on week 3 of waiting for those minutes. Honestly I'm not seeing how using this company is any better than doing my taxes on turbo tax for free. Make it make sense.

I won't be going back,,,, they told me my 2019 taxes were done in 2019-2020 and they weren't I didn't get none of my stenosis because of them h&r block and they still charged me for my 1920 and 21 tax returns which they fumbled the ball now I may be homeless thanks h&r block
