Crashed our car a year ago brought it there to get fixed was told it was safe to drive can’t turn the weel correctly almost crashed again after bringing it there 2 time and was told the repairs would only take 2 week ended up taking almost a month each time. The repairs costed more than the car is worth would not recommend this repair shop ??

Went to get my car fixed after an accident last year, got it back and couldn’t turn left and almost crashed my car that I was told was ‘safe’ had to go back for more repairs totaling to more than the car was worth between both repairs. Should have totaled it. Car still jerks when I turn it but I’m not going to bring it back a third time ?

Hit a deer and took my truck to Smoot's Auto Body and they did my estimate on the spot. They called me week or two later after the insurance co. got the estimate gave the go ahead to do the work. Truck was done in a week. Very pleased.Service: Body & Trim

Broke our car and I am very disappointed in the service, tried to charge me $4,500 to fix what they broke, safe to say, I had to get a lawyer involved:(

Took my car down here, with two side mirrors, went to pick my car up, side mirror missing, nothing but wires hanging where the mirror USED to be, and also deep scratches all down my passenger door, very very disappointed, if you want to keep your car safe , don't go here!!!!

Did a very poor job on my truck several years ago . Could not color match or even sand correctly. I know because it showed up in my paint. Instead of doing the job correctly they just shoved Bondo in the rust hole and painted over it. Oh they also seem to hire thugs that I don't believe have a right to work in this country.
