We live in Fl and had an issue with delayed packages arriving to Pamplin, but we had an exceptional postal worker from this office named Twana, assigned to our case . She was more than kind and did her best to help , despite the fact that the boxes are still not going to arrive on time due to someone's negligence at an office in Maryland, where the packages are now. But we want to say Thank you to Twana Brookes for all her help and compassion for our situation. Keep up the good work , Twana , we need more people like you. Your willingness to help ,touched my heart and was the only good thing out of this whole nightmare. - Iana K

The ladies in the office are friendly and very helpful! Unfortunately I can't say anywhere near the same for the carrier delivery drivers. Sometimes mail is in the ditch instead of box, they leave the boxes open, they are always putting mail in wrong boxes, and sometimes we don't get our mail delivered until 7pm!
