Excruciating painful communication at this place ! Hannah was so confused about what we needed todo , when we arrived, we were unable to do what needed to do ! Granted , with all that goes on , we should have been smart enough to bring our ID but my wife forgot! If Hannah would have reminded her , I think that would help! I would encourage better training from the branch manager! She appeared to be very uninterested in helping us! I hate to admit it but as a senior citizen, we need a little more help! Just not a good place for seniors! I do apologize for my frustration! I am writing this review to encourage more help from this branch manager and their staff!
Also , Renee is very difficult to communicate with! She is more concerned about what is posted on social media than helping the customer!

Have been a customer since the planters bank days ,this bank services have went downhill,cut backs,Covid,etc have made it almost impossible to work with

Rather dismissive employees. Not accommodating at all. I was going to switch everything from my current bank; I'm glad I went for a 'test drive' first. Being 'nearby' isn't at all the same as being convenient.

Refused to make change for my cash because I don't have an account with them. Absurd.

So because my account got hacked and I had to close down the accounts with this bank and had to use their help with this I was told that I can no longer have any accounts with this bank. With over 30yrs of using this bank I get told this so I get penalized for using their services very poor service.

Do not bank with union they will overdraft u then once u remedy said overdraft they will triple overdraft u 36hrs later
