I have been to Ivy Rehab twice in the last several years for different injuries and have experienced knowlegable and genuine care at each visit. The staff is personable, kind, and gentle in their approach. They curate stretch and exercise routines that directly fit the client's needs. Then they give you clear informational sheets for completing exercises at home and reaching your personalized goals. The plan that was specifically curated for me not only helped the injury for which I required PT services but also for the recovery recent surgery as well. From my care to witnessing the care of others of varying ages, I am very satisfied with the services and care this location provides to it's clients. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you Ivy Rehab Palmyra!

Highly recommend! Professional, personable, patient and knowledgeable therapists that really care. They not only give you therapy and exercises, they explain how your body works. I went for ACL post-op and am also learning to strengthen my back and ankles. The therapy area is kept clean and the atmosphere is positive. Clients are kind and encouraging to each other. What a privilege to have such a high quality physical therapy practice so conveniently located to Lake Monticello.

Excellent facility and trainers. I started my PT journey several months ago. At the time I couldn’t walk without a walker nor could I drive. With personalized programs and encouragement at Ivy Rehab, Palmyra, I am now walking and driving. Plus, my overall well being has dramatically improved. Kudos to Kushal and the rest of the team.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. My physical therapist is Kushan Patel, he is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had! He is so knowledgeable,encouraging, and knows exactly what I need the day of my appointment! I couldn’t be more happy!

I received exceptional care and experienced results that were just short of miraculous. Clarissa is a caring and conscientious therapist. She utilizes the right balance of encouragement and "stick-to-it" grit. She is compassionate when engaging with her clients and provides information for maintaining the results she has helped to achieve.I would highly recommend the Ivy Rehb and most especially I would recommend Clarissa!

The ENTIRE team at Ivy Rehab in Palmyra are AMAZING! They are all knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. They take the time to listen and try different approaches to your care and needs.It is so great to have this great group of medical professionals so close to home.

I have been a patient here a few times since 2019 and the physical therapists have been kind, professional, and extremely helpful. They took time to listen to my issues and needs and tried different approaches to my care and I was discharged pain free with a plan of action for the future. I'm so grateful to have such a great group of medical professionals so close to home!

I went to Ivy Rehab after my Achilles tendon lengthening surgeries. I previously struggled with toe walking and had always struggled with exercise. My physical therapists have really turned around my feeling towards exercise. Turns out if you do it right, it’s fun!I’ve had frustrating experiences with other physical therapists that didn’t have the tact that everyone here has. They know how to push your limits to see improvement, but know how to do so encouragingly and measuredly. They make sure you’re comfortable with each exercise. They are professional and kind. You can tell they root for you to succeed! Overall, definitely recommend, especially if you’ve had not great experiences with other physical therapists.

Love Ivy Rehab in Palmyra! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it’s easy to switch between providers for flexibility in scheduling. I’ll be sad when my time here is up - would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of PT!

My mother has been going to Ivy Rehab in Palmyra to regain leg strength after a hospitalization, which she also had attended for a while last year after being in the hospital. The therapists are knowledgeable and encouraging, and my mother has been getting stronger, and just as importantly, she looks forward to going to her sessions.

I have been receiving outstanding care at the Lake Monticello Ivy Rehab Center for the last 2+ months. I have been seen by 3 different therapists, all have been wonderful. I would definitely choose this location if I need therapy in the future

The crew at Ivy are very friendly and very interested in helping their patients. They go beyond just treating the symptoms any try to find and correct the cause of the problem you are facing.
