Had a very bad experience at this pharmacy. I had a coupon for my meds given to me by my doctor and made by the medication manufacturers. They refused it, even though every pharmacy has taken it. With them refusing it, my meds cost over $100 a month. I had to switch pharmacies. I now drive 25+ minutes to go to a different pharmacy, where they are much kinder and empathetic. Such a shame, as this pharmacy is right around the corner from me.

They never pick up their phone. You can wait for hours they don’t care. What the heck !

This has to be the worst run pharmacy in the state...4 days waiting for medication to be filled despite automated system saying it's ready every day. If there was an alternative this place would be shuttered.

The pharmacy staff are rude. They don't check their messages that come from the doctors or dentist or other medical professionals. So, if you are in dire need of a prescription or refill, go somewhere else. They even show disrespect for the medical professionals that call in meds for their patients. They will even hang up on them or just ignore their calls all together. Do you want to chance yourself or a loved ones health and well being to someone who has no empathy for the ones that keep their business going.

The two employees were very helpful to me as I was trying to locate medications on the shelves. They also put me first in my help to use my insurance card to purchase the medications.

In your store yesterday to purchase several dental products. After looking w/o any assistance I found an employee in the next aisle, asking her about a few dental questions. She was polite but continued working on a planogram change. I needed a denture brush, denture case for storage and cleaning, she really knew her stock and proceeded to tell me she didn’t have either so frustrated I left! Just another customer gone, this is not the first time and I doubt that I will go back. It’s truly a shame, there is a grocery and an independent druggist 3 miles away or Charlottesville or Richmond at lease 30- 40 miles away. Guess on line Amazon and I can have it tomorrow.

I was hesitant to get my prescriptions here after reading reviews and almost chose to just go to Giant in Pantops. I decided to risk it and can say that I have now had several prescriptions filled at this location when I am in town and have even had transfers completed from other CVS pharmacies without any issues. The associates are always friendly and the store is always super clean!

Pharmacy is the pits. You can't get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Store manager does not manage pharmacy at all. They have no help in pharmacy. O

The pharmacy needs better service. If the system is telling me the prescription is being filled it should be ready for pickup for sure by 2 days later. I arrived early today (9am) only to find I need to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled. That's supposed to be "expedited". Pharmacist had a cold attitude. Drive through wasn't available either and I'm not seeing anything suggesting it opens later so that's also a bummer. Overall disappointed with the pharmacy.

It’s really a shame that they choose to close the drive through due to their “ staffing issues. “ making it impossible for a mother of three that had a c - section a week ago to pick up a antibiotic. When I call to speak to someone no one’s answers and now I cannot get a urgent medication. Taking three kids in to the store is not possible when I’m extremely sore from the surgery.

The staff at this pharmacy are rude. They act like you are bothering them by asking questions regarding medication. My prescriptions have been messed up several times. Please re-train the staff on customer service skills.I give the FRONT END STORE 5 STARS! The new manager is the sweetest. She explained to me they are working hard to fix the pharmacy issue. The pharmacy NEVER ANSWERS the phone. The manager actually suggested that I call her and she will deliver my refill request to pharmacy. My refill is not available per the phone automation line.

I've lived in the area for four years, and initially, this location was great - just like every other CVS I have gone to. Now, for the past 2.5 years, prescriptions have been lagging and straight out late because they say they are "10 days behind" ...for 2.5 years. I don't have many scripts, and they are every 90 days, and they are still late. For recurring prescriptions this is dangerous, especially when it takes 5-10 on hold for them to answer the phone for a transfer to a capable pharmacy. There are too many older people in the area for the same excuses to go on. I've called corporate and asked about the process for addressing issues that are years long and apparent in so many reviews, and they - at least - conveyed concern. The staff here are apathetic, at the best of times. I've maintained calm and retreated from confrontation, but not everyone has a choice to do that. There is a responsibility a pharmacy has to the public. If CVS cannot provide scripts in a timely manner to address immediate and chronic issues, then they *must* inform the public - not keep hiding behind the same excuse for years.

This pharmacy USED to be half decent, now they are the literal worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t even have a pharmacist in store! Whoever is in charge of scheduling didn’t schedule a pharmacist past 2pm on a weekday. While talking to the manager, she was nothing but combative and completely unprofessional over the phone. What about the people who need insulin, epilepsy medication, epi-pens, blood pressure meds- any LIFE SAVING medicine that must be took daily! This is inexcusable and can not go on. Either shut down the entire store or get new management in there- someone who can run a pharmacy CORRECTLY!!
