Just read the other reviews about the pharmacy. Hands-down the worst managed pharmacy I have ever been to. They never get my doctors prescriptions when he sends them in, they never get my prescriptions, one cent from another pharmacy. Might as well close this place down because it's worthless to the community.

CVS one minute clinic is great but the pharmacy service is not very good. I’ve use it twice in 2 years and each time its takes 2 or more visits to get my meds.

Prescription I needed, which is time sensitive, did not arrive when scheduled and no one called to inform me so I could call other locations. It's sad with all this automation I couldn't have at least received a text informing me of the delay. Common decency of the business is clearly dead after I personally called every day checking on the delivery of my medicine. The man I talked to both days remembered me and knew I was waiting for this time sensitive medicine. Will never go to this store again!

Pharmacy is the pits. You can't get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Store manager does not manage pharmacy at all. They have no help in pharmacy. O

The pharmacy needs better service. If the system is telling me the prescription is being filled it should be ready for pickup for sure by 2 days later. I arrived early today (9am) only to find I need to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled. That's supposed to be "expedited". Pharmacist had a cold attitude. Drive through wasn't available either and I'm not seeing anything suggesting it opens later so that's also a bummer. Overall disappointed with the pharmacy.

I've lived in the area for four years, and initially, this location was great - just like every other CVS I have gone to. Now, for the past 2.5 years, prescriptions have been lagging and straight out late because they say they are "10 days behind" ...for 2.5 years. I don't have many scripts, and they are every 90 days, and they are still late. For recurring prescriptions this is dangerous, especially when it takes 5-10 on hold for them to answer the phone for a transfer to a capable pharmacy.There are too many older people in the area for the same excuses to go on. I've called corporate and asked about the process for addressing issues that are years long and apparent in so many reviews, and they - at least - conveyed concern. The staff here are apathetic, at the best of times. I've maintained calm and retreated from confrontation, but not everyone has a choice to do that. There is a responsibility a pharmacy has to the public. If CVS cannot provide scripts in a timely manner to address immediate and chronic issues, then they *must* inform the public - not keep hiding behind the same excuse for years.

Have been using this pharmacy for the past year and have tried to be polite and patient with the unprofessional behavior of the staff, on the telephone or in person, but enough is enough. If people don't want to work in a people business where there clients are having to deal with pain and suffering, get out of the pharmacy business. We need the pharmacy to empathize with our requirements and spoken to like people... just because there is a drive up window, doesn't mean you treat us like we are ordering from a fast food restaurant, inside the store or in our car!!!! Shame on CVS Pharmacy for not having sympatric people!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever, every single time I get my prescription called in I have to go to cvs tell them my doc called it in and THEN wait hours for it to be filled bc they don’t even try to fill your prescription unless you force them to. There’s one lady that works there that gets things done and knows what she’s doing but she isn’t there often. The rest of them are rude, not even remotely knowledgeable and slow!

Horrible service. They rarely pick up the phone. I was in there and there were five calls on hold and they were just ignoring it. Because they didn't pick up the phone I had to drive over there just to find out that my prescription wasn't ready after almost a week. The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with

When bad reviews pile up, it means something. Something is wrong with this CVS Pharmacy. Store says Pharmacy is open on Sunday. I go in Sunday, not open b/c "no pharmacist." On Monday I call to inquire about a multi-day "in process" prescription. I remain on-hold as I type this, for total of 1 hour, 20 minutes on hold. This is really not ok. Not the way to do business.Next day update: Waited 2 hours on hold yesterday before giving up and hanging up. Today, called when they open at stated open time of 8am, atop message says they open at 9am and then cancelled my call. This pharmacy is suffering from major malfunction.
