Might want to check on your main teller. The tall, thick, fading hair one with glasses. She's incredibly rude, looks miserable, and it's clearly affecting her lackluster customer service. She was rude to not one but to two of our employees. Your location / bank will be losing a high paying corporate partner before the end of the week because of her. You don't get to treat customers poorly just because of your own misery.

I am currently on hold with Truist bank main customer Service number for 1 hour and 10 minutes just trying to find out why Zelle is not working on my account. OVER A HOUR WITH CONSTANT REMINDERS OF HOW IMPORTANT MY CALL IS! Puting me on hold for over an hour with no info on WHEN I can get an answer is the perfect way to tell me how much you could not care less about customers. I MISS SUN TRUST! UPDATE: I GAVE UP TRYING AFTER 1 HOUR 40 MINUTES WAITING ON HOLD. NO HELP FROM TRUIST

Unbelievable. I was unhappy before about this branch, but now...geeze! Called to see if the lobby was open today (because it was closed Friday for "conditions outside their control" according to a sign on the door.They said it was open. So I get there, find that sign on the door again and a line that isn't moving AT ALL. 10 minutes and no movement.And, I've been on hold with online support for 104 minutes while this is all going on! WTH is going on?!

Very disappointed with the service level I've been with BB&t for over 20 years and I called the branch was put on hold then disconnected three times I will call back Monday to see if I can get a someone that can help me. Everyone was so professional in the past what happened ?

I've never had a problem with this branch location, until today. I called about an issue and was speaking with an employee on the phone. Apparently she had me on speaker phone. Employee Kelly was in the background and made a very unprofessional comment. When I asked to be transferred to the managers voice mail, I was put on hold for a while. Kelly then came on the phone trying to "smooth" over what had already been said; using the excuse that she wasn't feeling well today. I went on and tried to explain the issue to her and she just continued to talk over me, until I just shut up and let her have the floor. I work in customer service and the unprofessionalism that she showed today was unacceptable. I will follow up with the branch manager!

I have had BB&T for years. No issues, that's why they even got two stars. But yesterday I called to schedule my boyfriend an appointment for today to open an account and was told by the gentleman on the phone any time between 4 and 4:30 would be okay. When we arrived today at 4:25 we were greeted by an extremely rude teller who told us they couldn't see us today because they scheduled over our appointment even though I had made the appointment first. She right off the bat was just nasty and unapologetic to say the least. I have never seen her there before and everyone else I've ever dealt with has been kind as can be until today. This made my boyfriend not want to even get an account with them and to start looking into other banks. I am not one to leave reviews but this lady was my reason. She needs a serious attitude adjustment or a simple lesson in basic customer service and politeness. It even has me second guessing continuing my business with them.

As new clients to to area, we've used multiple services and required assistance about 5 times both in person at the branch and over the phone. Consistently we were treated promptly with respect and provided clear communication that was informative and helpful.
