Doesn’t properly rinse off trucks and the water streams are so concentrated, It sounds like it’s about to cut through the steel of your vehicle. It’s definitely not worth the cost.

We went through the car wash with our Toyota Tacoma pick up truck on July 3rd according to our credit card statement. Although requested, no receipt was given to us at the car wash. As we went through the wash, we heard an unusual sound that we had never heard before when using this car wash. When we got home the paint had been abraded down to white on the front edge of the cab visible above the wind shield as well as a place on the very top of the cab. I called the number and a guy texted me saying that he could prove that it was not his car wash. He sent me three pictures showing the damage but I was not able to determine if the pictures were "before" the truck entered. I asked for additional pictures that he said were available. He called back later and said that the video of our wash had been deleted because of computer issues. To this date, he has shown me nothing that proved that his car wash did not do the damage to my truck. It does seem awfully convenient that the video is no longer available (after my discussion with him). Before this incident, the paint condition was excellent.

My husband went to All American today and had an oil change and alignment done on his truck. They had to order parts & someone had to go get them for the camber adjustment then they install them… then they set the caster and camber. They got all of it done in 2 hrs. The staff was friendly and for what all the did the pricing was good. He will be a returning customer. He went initially because they are open on weekends & for someone who works 12 hr days it’s the only option. Thank you to the friendly staff.

The car wash scratches vehicles plus leave water spots on vehicles plus the manger was Accused of approaching women at the wash and they feel Uncomfortable around him that was reported to the main office in Charlottesville and nothing was done about it and the ladies were customers there and they never will come back cause of him

Used the car wash in Forest recently and it did not go through all the cycles and did not even come close to getting just the surface dirt/grime off which was not much. My car had just been washed 2 weeks prior. I called the number posted at the wash and left a voice mail message that day and again one week later. No return call after 2 weeks. Most upset about the lack of professionalism; the $11 is insignificant to that.
