The decline in service since this was Virginia Community Bank has been disappointing. This is the lowest-rated bank in town and that dubious honor has been earned.

Wish I could leave no stars. Lady behind the counter is completely miserable. If you hate your job so much, just stay home. Terrible bank to do business with.
